Fish Brewing provides three bottled organic ales made with choice ingredients grown without the use of the harmful fertilizers and pesticides that damage streams and ground water. The results are truly delicious ales, brewed in a way that’s consistent with Fish Brewing’s desire to promote organic agriculture with all its benefits for salmon habitat and the environment in whole.	Tasting Notes: This organic beer is a pale copper color, with a sharp aroma of spicy hops, nutty malt and a fruity tartness. This full-bodied organic ale has a big palate dominated by a tangy citrus, juicy malt and an almost spicy hop. The finish is a creamy and nutty malt balanced by the bitter hops, finishing off dry. Ingredients: Pale, Crystal and Munich malts, New Zealand Hallertauer Hops 5.5% ABV / 1.056 OG
