Fruit is, of course, the original Fruit flavored snack! It is the opinion of Organic-Choices.com that a carrot or an apple is a great snack and just about the healthiest thing you can snack upon, but a good rule to live by, if you are going to eat prepared snacks; if you can't pronounce it, don't eat it, and if you wouldn't eat the raw ingredients, why eat them in a snack. Granola and trail mix make for great snacks, dried fruit and nuts travel well, and bananas come with their own compostable packaging, no washing needed. It's time to re-discover fruit and veg! |
