 Some Vegetables that you want to avoid if they cannot be found organically are:

  • Bell peppers

  • Beets

  • Carrots

  • Potatoes

  • Spinach

Vegetables that can be bought conventionally if organic is not available are:

  • Asparagus

  • Avocados

  • Broccoli

  • Cauliflower

  • Onions
